The 3rd Summit of the Organic and Organo-mineral Fertilisers Industry, SOFIE3 was held in Brussels, Belgium, 16 – 17 January 2024. The event was unanimously assessed by all participants as tremendous success, both as organization and value of knowledge exchange.
Lex4bio project was represented by its coordinator Kari Ylivainio, Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke), who spoke about the agronomic efficiency of organic fertilizers in various growing conditions in Europe, based on the research results achieved within the project.
This excellent forum brought together the scientific community, industry and policy makers to compare notes in their important mission of shaping the future of a balanced and sustainable organic-based crop nutrition. The event was co-organized by European Sustainable Phosphorus Platform, EUROFEMA, Fertilizers Europe, International Fertiliser Society and SILC Fertilizzanti Srl.
